May be too late for this year, but what a goal for next fall!
Hands Across the Border is an annual event which takes place each fall in the western region of the council. Come celebrate the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouts while you team up with Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, Rovers, Pathfinders, and Rangers from the US and Canada!
Participants will enjoy Scouting traditions and ceremonies, then will divide into station groups for more activities. Each group is also asked to prepare a skit, song or yell for the campfire. What a special time you will have not only performing for others but being entertained by your fellow Scouts.
There will be prizes for the best overall campsite and dutch oven cooking contests. Attendees will need to supply their own food, tents, tarps, cooking equipment, etc. so the possibilities are endless! All participants must also bring 2 copies of health history forms.
Camp check in and set up will be from 5:00-10:00 pm on Friday, Sept. 28, and will break down at 10:30 on Sunday, Sept. 30. Late registration is $5.00 per person after Aug. 30, 2012, but there is no guarantee that late groups will receive their patches.
Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming will not be collecting registrations. Please click here for the registration form. All registrations and payment need to be sent to:
